I sell on average 3 a week. Full 1 year warranty on all parts, no paying for a part to be delivered to you, I even include a prepaid shipping label. I have refurbished many of these machines, I have taken precautions to specifically go over the areas I have found several times to be an issue. I am very proud of the fine detail I take to make sure this machine lasts as long as a new one. If you experience any concerns or issues during the life of the processor contact me. These processors are fully tested and functioning. I test the replenisher pumps to make sure that they both push 125ml per start up cycle. I put new replenisher lines on as well. That the film shutter is sensitive enough for bite wing films, as well as with the last piece of film, the processor shuts off per factory specs. I test with pano film, bite wings, and run a cleaning film through. I set these to 82 degrees per factory settings for the fluid temperatures in the chambers. When I pull the motor out, I grease the gears. The film comes out perfect. These are in excellent condition. I have taken pictures of the chambers, they are all spotless. The racks have no cracks in any roller. I pull each individual rack apart and rebuild them. This takes up most of my time on refurbishing. I clean all these racks with Air Techniques Spray 2000 Plus roller transport cleaner. I spend about 30 hours refurbishing 1 unit. Has an operating manual, and a full size quick operating instructions laminated poster that can be hung up near the processor. Comes with the replenisher hoses ready to use. Has a new main water supply line, with new power cord. Has 3 new hoses for your developer, fixer, and drain line, no reused line. New drain washers. No leaking of your chemicals. I have taken it fully apart and reinspected for any wear and tear. I check and replace the Teflon washers for the circulatory magnets. I recommend checking these every 3 months for wear, if and when you need replacements I can get them for you. They are inexpensive. Comes with a leveling rack. I am sending a 14 tooth idler gear replacement kit, PN 43694; shaft gear, PN 43509; drive gear, PN 43513, spacer washer, PN 43524; spacer retainer, PN 43517. These parts consist of minor repairs, that could put you to calling a repair technician and ordering parts. This alone could save you hundreds to even up to thousands of dollars in missed x-rays and technician fees. Comes with repair instructions and the drill bit and gear replacement. I will always help you even after your warranty. I ship these machines in a 32 x 24 x 24 box rated for 275 lbs, the weight is 80lbs. The shipping alone can cost well over 100 dollars, I make sure you get it in one piece. I use instapak foam to ship this in.
