This unit is in good cosmetic condition and doesnt appear to have any damage. It is a closed medical facility. For patient data security, they destroyed the computer with the installed software so you will neeed to download the software. Unit powers and doesnt have any flashing light. It initialized and stayed on the green light. it does have the rolling table with the side pole for the computer screen and it has the screen, keyboard, and mouse.
