The musical revival opened in NYC on 12/09/93 and ran for 165 performances.  The cast includes Richard Chamberlain, Meg Tolin (replaced by Melissa Errico in NYC), Julian Holloway, Paxton Whitehead, Dolores Sutton, Robert Sella, Glynis Bell and Patti Karr.  Music by Frederick Loewe, lyrics and book by Alan Jay Lerner (adapted from Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw).  Directed by Howard Davies and choreographed by Donald Saddler

Condition is near excellent with minor wear.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
