Rare Swiss Made 1960's Mr. Peanut Watch Face - Appears To Be Working

This is for a Rare 1960's Mr. Peanut Watch Face - No strap included.
There is a scratch on the glass, and the glass though it's fastened on the watch face, does move if turned with your hand, so it needs to be tightened.
If you shake the face, the second hand does move (you can see it has changed position in the pictures). However, I have no idea if it will tell time correctly.
