Unidentified OOAK (?) Handcrafted Artist Ceramic/Porcelain 21” Doll

Unique hand crafted art dolls!!!
No markings; unable to identify the artist. His head, arms and partial legs are made of ceramic (?). The rest of his body is weighed cloth. Doll can sit without any support. Doll is about 21”; his body is basically a rectangular cloth measures 13” x 12”.
Some removable marks to his ceramic parts; needs some cleaning.
