Description

The Universe "TM-18" is a double pass dough sheeter suitable for a number of different doughs: pizza dough, roti, pita bread, pie crust, coffee cake, and more. You're going to be able to roll dough with a maximum diameter of 18 inches, with a capacity of about 450 pieces per (with one operator).
The rollers on this machine are very easy to adjust, which will allow the operators to have precise dough thicknesses easily and quickly. The TM-18 has been designed with heavy gauge steel and with a powerful 3/4 HP motor, so it will be able to last you for many years to come.
Lastly, this machine has been professionally reconditioned by our in-house tech team and is ready for a new home!
